What We Teach

Curriculum & Books

A full overview of everything taught at Nurul Quran Academy — the subjects covered, what children learn, and the textbooks used.

Structured, Progressive & Child-Friendly

Every child is assessed when they join so they start at the right level. Lessons cover all four subjects below, and children progress at their own pace with regular feedback to parents.

📖

Qur'an Recitation

From first letters to confident, fluent reading

  • Beginners start with the Qaida — learning Arabic letters, their sounds and how they join
  • Progress through short ayahs, then Juz' Amma, and onwards through the Qur'an
  • Each child reads at their own level — no child is rushed or held back
  • Individual tracking so parents always know where their child is up to
  • Focus on building fluency, confidence and a genuine love of the Qur'an
📚 Textbooks Used
Al-Qaidah an-Nooraniyyah
Al-Qaidah an-Nooraniyyah

The Al-Qaidah an-Nooraniyyah is the most widely used beginner's guide to Arabic letters and Qur'anic reading in the world. It takes children step by step from individual letters all the way through to reading connected Qur'anic text with proper pronunciation. Every child who is new to Arabic starts here.
